Hello Monmouth County Neighbor!
My name is Gary Rich. I was elected to the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders in the November 2011 election.
I would like to extend a sincere thank you to the voters and our supporters in last year's election, as well as to everyone who worked hard to make it all happen.
I will be the property taxpayers’ advocate on our Freeholder board and will work everyday to reduce property taxes and provide you with the high quality services that you deserve.
